We talked about the following

Ms. Abernethy gave the community the following updates

• Ms. Jovick will pay for food for the first meeting. After that we will have to find money to pay for food and snacks ourselves.
• We have a table at club fair
• Charles is withdrawing from the organizing committee. Gianni and Maxwell are absent today.
• John Austin would like to join the organizing committee

The community decided the following

• Lex and Diego will be at the table at club fair. 
• Lex proposed we will do another bake sale to raise money. He will coordinate with Ms. Camp.
• We need to find out how much money we have left from last year.
• We would like to buy T shirts
• Zen proposed the following
• we have activities to raise money and our first activity Black Movie Night and charge admission
• we have a BSU Talent Search with a cash prize and performance at our assembly for the winners 
• Ms Abernethy proposed
• we find corporate donors to help with fundraising
• students will writ letters asking for support
